Lolabox April 2014 Review
This month is a special month for Lolabox since they are celebrating their 1st Birthday, so I'm gonna do my review a little differently.
First, I have an unboxing/open it with me video of the box
Now, since this month I get 2 boxes (1 from my subscription plan and 1 from their giveaway), I'm going to do two separate reviews on them. Click the links below if you're interested :)

Luscious Leopard Nail Art Tutorial
This one actually I filmed last November or December, but I've filmed it before, like 2 or 3 years ago, unfortunately I lost the files because my hard drive crashed :( I think I have tried to film it again afterward but didn't like the result. So this is probably my 3rd attempt at doing this tutorial haha.
Hope you guys like the final result though!
xoxo

My Short-Travel Beauty Essential (March 2014)
A few weeks ago, I went to my hometown to take a breather for 4 days and I decided to take pics of beauty items that I packed with me as I feel that these items are the core of my beauty/skin care routine at that time (I've exchanged some of the items recently, will do the updated version next month when I went back to Jogja again).
I packed everything (except the Bioderma) in this convenient zebra-printed pouch I got from Lolabox. Aahh, I miss Lolabox's beauty tools, they've stopped including it now.
Face Products
- Make-Up Sponges - to apply BB Cream
- Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Silk Poreless Powder - Pressed powder (or loose powder) is a staple for me because most of the time I don't even bother to put on anything else other than some powder to remove the shine on my oily face
- The Body Shop Slanted Kabuki Brush - I prefer to use a brush to put on my powder since it gives a more translucent and even finish
- The Body Shop Vitamin E Cool BB Cream - I don't use BB Cream often, but this is my go-to BB Cream right now if I want a light coverage, but a bit more polished than just using pressed powder.
- Max Factor Mastertouch Under-Eye Concealer - My favorite concealer at the moment. Light, buildable, and easy to blend
- Bioderma Sensibio H2O
Eye Products
- Oriflame Eyelash Curler
- Maybelline The Falsies
Lip Products
- Oriflame Colour Drop in Peach Sensation
- Oriflame Colour Drop in Rose Elixir
- Oriflame Power Shine Juicy Lip Gloss in Fresh Sorbet
- Oriflame Power Shine Juicy Lip Gloss in Peach Cocktail
- Maybelline Baby Lips in Anti-Oxidant Berry
Skin Care
- Oriflame Pure Nature Pear & Nectarine Eye Gel
- The Body Shop Shea Whip Body Lotion - My current on-the-go body lotion. I got it for free as a birthday gift (TBS member program) in 2012 and just started using it this year. I wasn't expecting to like the scent since it's not the kind of scent I usually lean to but surprisingly I love this one. Not too nutty and has a warm light sweet scent.
- Larissa Acne Lotion - My holy grail acne treatment (I think it's similar to the famous Mario Badescu drying lotion, only 10x cheaper) when I was in junior high. Just started using it again recently. I think they are more diluted now :(
- The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream - I love this day cream so much. After using this,I don't get any dry patches like I usually do and it also helps mattify my face plus easily absorbed by the skin
- Rudy Hadisuwarno Hair Intense Repair Serum
take care, xoxo

Lolabox X Lensza Giveaway
Lolabox was having a giveaway last month with Lensza and even though I'm not a softlense user whatsoever, I thought, 'Hey, why not?' since it really was the easiest giveaway. All I have to do is just follow Lensza on Instagram and that's it!
After a week or so I forgot about it until I received a notification on Instagram from Lolabox that I've won the 3 months supply!
It was my first time winning a giveaway, so naturally, I was over the moon. I contacted Lensza CS to ask for further information etc (their CS was super nice and helpful) and emailed them my choice of lenses that I'll receive for the next 3 months.
I chose the 1-Day Acuvue Define in Brown because it was the most expensive one on the website #forevercheapskate and Acuvue is a rather known trusted brand. I would put pictures of the lenses being used, but these were for my friend (like I said, I'm not a softlense user) so I can't.
Maybe in the future I'll buy from them when I want to try colored softlense without prescription (I ordered this Acuvue one with 3.0 minus) since I can just do it from home #lazyass
Just FYI, you can get 10% off if you follow them on instagram. They're also having 51% off promotion on Groupon right now.
xoxo, Lily
