Weekend Healthy Living [Yoga & Zumba] with Sienta

Hii peeps! Hope ya'll doing great and stay healthy πŸ’ž (I'm loving this new emoji feature on blogger).
Last week, November 19th to be exact, I went to Gandaria City to join the Pop Up Playground, which is a 5-weeks event held by Toyota ID in celebration of the All New Sienta launch. Yep, it's the first launch of Toyota Sienta in Indonesia!
Each week the Pop Up Playground has different theme and takes place in different location. The theme last week was Healthy Living, so is this week's theme. For this week, it will be held at Summarecon Mall Bekasi on November 27th (in 3 days!). You can register at http://sientapopupplayground.com to join 😁

Last week's healthy living involved Yoga and Zumba (this week is Fun Bike), so when Nyna invited me, I of course said yes. Zumba and Yoga are probably the only classes I love at the gym (plus Flavor, but only the ones taught by Lynne). I also join Body Pump class from time to time, but that feels more like a chore to me πŸ˜… still gotta do it though.
There is the All New Sienta to camwhore with at the registration entrance.
And camwhore I did. It has power sliding door. Like this:
Cool. Cool, cool, cool. (I love you if you get that reference)
There was a stall selling workout outfit at discounted price (my mom would probably go nuts if she had been there).
There were also some other health-related stalls. Oh, and you can get your cholesterol, uric acid, blood pressure and blood sugar tested for free at one of the stalls, but I forgot to make Sam try it (I've been pushing him to get his blood tested to no avail πŸ˜‘ damn his needle AND blood phobia).

The first session was Yoga with Fathan Todjon
He came in using the Sienta lol.

I don't have a good photo during the yoga, so I'll add a quick IG video of the session later after I finished going through the footages. /*edit: added!*/
Hands down my all time favorite part of yoga πŸ’œ. It's so freaking relaxing please. I can legit fall asleep during this part, especially if it's in an enclosed class because it's so quiet and the musics in yoga are damn psychedelic-esque.

After the yoga class, we got a 30-minutes break before Zumba to have brunch and replenish our energy.
Water bottles, cold towels (super nice after a yoga class), and main meal. For the meal, participants can choose between a fish and chip set or a chicken sandwich with mushroom bruschetta set.
There was a crate of bananas, much to Sam's dismay. I don't get how someone can hate banana. I mean, it's one of the sweetest and most filling fruit. But even just the scent of a banana can send him over the edge. It's fun though, my family and friends often scam him with various banana flavored food πŸ˜‚.
Some granola bar from EATBAR.
More fruit choices.
My brunch/post-workout menu.
I also got the fish and chip, but I only got a couple of bites before Sam devoured it wtf πŸ˜‘. I'm totally regretting not taking the chicken sandwich meal box also. I mean, each participant is supposed to get only one meal, but there were some leftovers, so no harm no foul, right? #cheapskategonnabecheapskate
I also took two EATBAR granola bars πŸ˜… because I wanted to try both flavor. I've only tried the berries flavor (which reminds me I need to take the other flavor bar out of my gym bag) and it's actually really good. Not those yucky, no-taste, snack bars. Definitely in my top 3 workout snack bar in term of taste. Although, there is no nutritional value written on the box, so that's something to keep in mind if you watch your fat/sugar/etc intake. It only says 100cal/bar.

Once we've had our brunch/lunch whatever, it's time for Zumba with Nadya. Yay. I love Zumba! I hate working out in general, but Zumba is so much fun, so it doesn't really feel like working out. The only workout that I like better than Zumba is Lynne's Flavor, otherwise, Zumba FTW!
This is the only decent photo I have during the Zumba session. We moved vigorously, so it's hard for Sam to take non-blur photo with my camera. Thus, just like the yoga session, I'll add a quick IG video of the session later after I finished going through the footages. /*edit: added!*/

Look! There was a baby-wielding partcipant as well πŸ˜‚ So friggin' cute.
After the Zumba session, there was a little talkshow about healthy diet, which I probably should've listened to better given my poor diet. No joke, I eat deep-fried food almost every single day with minimum vegetables intake πŸ˜“ *my poor clogged artery*. Don't be like me, okay. Live a healthy diet people!
Now, if you're wondering what's all this healthy living shiz gotta do with car, basically Sienta brings a "Multi-Activity Vehicle" concept to the table. It's a car that can fit all your activity needs, including work out (going to the gym, biking, etc).

How this car can fit your active lifestyle? For one, it has DIVE-IN SEAT (my favorite feature). It's the first car in its class to have this feature. I wasn't even aware of the existence of such awesomesauce feature until I saw it in Sienta (granted car is probably not my strongest suit πŸ˜…).

Anyway, if you're a car-noob like me, dive-in seat means you can fold the 3rd row seat under the 2nd row seat. Like this:
With this dive-in seat feature, it means MORE BAGGAGE ROOM!!! You can fit a LOT of stuff just by folding down the 3rd row. And there are still seats for 5 people. I went on a Jogja-Jember-Jogja road trip a lot with my family when I was a kid and we're a family of five, so I highly appreciate baggage space.
I can totally fit at the back πŸ‘ Back to the point, if you're an active person, you can put your workout equipment like gym bag, yoga mat, etc at the back and it will totally fit and then some more. If you fold down the 2nd row seat too, you can even fit  2 BIKES WITHOUT DISASSEMBLY and probably more if it's smaller bikes. Something my older brother would appreciate. He's the outdoorsy type and goes to hike a lot with his friends, so I imagine his and his friends' hiking and camping equipments would have plenty of room in this baggage.

I will elaborate more on other features in future post, but for now let's wrap it up.

It was a fun experience (and good workout) joining this Pop Up Playground event and if you're keen in joining the fun too, you can register at http://sientapopupplayground.com. Here's the line up for the last two events:
